In collaboration with South-African agency Storeplay, in charge of developing the concept, we renovated all MedActiv pharmacies across Mauritius. Starting with Cascavelle and La Chaussé in 2018, closely followed by Trianon, Phoenix, Rose Belle, Riverside and Ebène, a year later, we took care of budget planning and project management & follow-up.
